This policy explains what information ProDocOnline collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and honest.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Document data: the notes you enter and the documents you generate, so you can reopen, edit and re-download them.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the amount/currency — we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the product. We do not attach your document contents to analytics.
How we use it
- To generate, store and let you manage your documents.
- To process your one-time payment and deliver your PDF/DOCX.
- To provide support and improve the service.
What we do NOT do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never send your document content or personal information to advertising networks.
- We never post as you or share your documents with anyone unless you create a share link yourself.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Resend — to email a document to you when you request it.
- Google Tag Manager / analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage measurement only.
Data retention & your choices
- Your documents are stored in your account until you delete them.
- You can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time from your profile.
